Many private health insurance schemes will reimburse patients for osteopathic treatment. Some companies will reimburse the total fee that you have paid to the osteopath, some only a percentage. Many companies require GP or specialist referral. We would advise that you contact your insurance company prior to any treatment to find out your benefits, whether referral is required and method of claiming.
